Healthy Family Partnership is a free resource for pregnant and parenting people in Wyoming and Sullivan County, Pennsylvania. Registered Nurses provide education and support on pregnancy, delivery, child development and parenting in a home-visiting setting. Our goal is to help every mom have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby and be a GREAT MOM!
We're looking for a self-motivated team member with strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Current PA nursing license required, BSN favorable. Valid PA driver's license required.
Flexible, full-time hours with excellent benefits package including individual/family health insurance (or $5,000 stipend for health insurance waiver), vision and dental insurance, life insurance, defined County pension and PTO. Employment through Wyoming County Human Service, a Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness-eligible employer.
